4월 인기투표의 마감 시각은 **4월 30일 23:59:59(KST)**였으며,
모든 투표는 실시간으로 원본 DB 서버에 저장되고, 이를 기반으로 캐시 서버를 통해 앱 내에 투표 수 및 순위가 노출되는 구조입니다.
시스템은 캐시 서버에 반영되지 못한 누락표 발생을 방지하기 위해, 매 분마다 자동 검수 과정을 통해 누락분을 캐시 서버에 재반영하고 있습니다.
이와 관련하여, 4월 30일 23시 59분 13초에 투표된 4,285표가 캐시 서버 반영에서 누락된 것이 확인되었고,
해당 표는 시스템에 의해 5월 1일 0시 0분에 자동 재반영되어, 6초 후 최종 투표 수와 순위가 집계 완료되었습니다.
덕애드는 투표 마감 시한 내 접수된 모든 표를 최종 집계에 반영하는 것을 원칙으로 하며,
검수 및 검증을 마친 투표 수와 순위만을 공식 결과로 인정합니다.
이에 따라, 최종 결과 발표 이전 6초 동안의 미검수 순위를 공식 결과로 인정해 달라는 요청은 수용이 어렵다는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
다만, 이번 집계 과정에서 발생한 시스템 반영 지연으로 혼란을 드린 점에 대해 진심으로 사과드리며,
향후 동일한 문제가 재발하지 않도록 원본 DB 서버와 캐시 서버 간의 매핑 정확도 향상을 위한 시스템 고도화를 즉시 진행하겠습니다.

[Notice Regarding the Final Vote Count for April Popularity Poll]
Hello, this is DuckAd.
We would like to provide the following explanation regarding the final vote count for the April popularity poll, specifically concerning a 6-second window starting from May 1, 2025, at 00:00:00 (KST).
The official voting deadline for the April poll was April 30 at 23:59:59 (KST).
All votes are stored in real-time on the main DB server and then reflected on the cache server, which displays vote counts and rankings within the app.
To prevent discrepancies caused by votes not being reflected on the cache server, our system performs automatic verification every minute, ensuring any missing data is re-synced to the cache.
In this process, it was confirmed that 4,285 votes cast at 23:59:13 on April 30 were not initially reflected in the cache server. These votes were automatically re-synced at 00:00:00 on May 1, and the final vote counts and rankings were completed 6 seconds later.
DuckAd operates under the principle that all votes submitted before the deadline are included in the final tally, even if there is a delay in reflection.
Only verified and finalized vote counts and rankings are recognized as official results.
Accordingly, we kindly ask for your understanding that requests to recognize unverified rankings displayed during the 6-second window before the final tally was completed cannot be accepted.
However, we sincerely apologize for any confusion caused by this delay in reflection.
To prevent recurrence, we will immediately enhance the system to ensure complete and accurate synchronization between the main DB server and the cache server.
